Return Policy for Outerlands Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted coffee, we do not accept returns of coffee products. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right by either sending replacement coffee or providing a full refund. Our goal is to ensure every cup you brew is exceptional, and we stand behind the quality of our roasts.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
