We’re thrilled to bring back El Jaguar — a beloved honey-processed coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Since 1888, the Beneficio San Diego mill has worked alongside small farmers in Tarrazú, creating coffees that express both heritage and modern craft. Using the honey method, mucilage is left on during drying to enhance sweetness and complexity.
This year’s lot shines with balance and depth: layers of chocolate, nectarine, and guava, lifted by honey sweetness and a citrus edge that keeps the cup lively.
