Tica Linda - Honey

Tica Linda is a women-produced lot from the highlands of Tarrazú, Costa Rica — a region celebrated for its altitude, rich red clay soils, and exceptional coffee quality. Grown at 1,600 meters by smallholder women farmers and processed at Beneficio San Diego, this lot highlights Costa Rica’s long-standing innovation in honey processing. With this method, some of the fruit’s mucilage remains during drying, bringing natural sweetness and a smooth, rounded profile. Expect balanced fruit tones with honey-like sweetness and a smooth finish.

We’re proud to feature coffees led and produced by women, helping build visibility and opportunity throughout the supply chain — a kindred spirit to La Morena, another women-led coffee on our menu.
