This limited release Java lot comes from Peñas Blancas — a processing center in Acevedo, Huila, led by innovators Nestor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara. Together, they’ve built a collaborative hub where experimental techniques meet deep-rooted community support. Their shared project brings together farmers, agronomists, and quality experts in a centralized facility focused on education, sustainability, and access.

This Java — a varietal with roots in Ethiopia and Costa Rica — offers an expressive take on terroir and craft. It’s a celebration of their vision: bright, winey, and fruit-driven, with notes of red fruit punch, star fruit, and tropical tang. Roasted light to preserve its vibrant structure.
